# Personix > Personix is a proposal for a successor to the modern state: a decentralized reputation network paired with a parallel, voluntary next-generation tax system. It is built on auditable feedback and economic incentives instead of central authority. As an instrument it is politically neutral, impossible to censor, and impossible to corrupt — owned by no side. The project is non-profit and open, authored by Pavel Kudrna. The core idea is that the root problem of the contemporary state is not politics but an asymmetry of power. An ordinary person has no simple way to obtain quick redress for a wrong, verify the reliability of others, see where tax money flows, or hold a monopoly-like public institution to account. Personix proposes a decentralized reputation network that records auditable feedback (wrongdoings, fulfilled commitments, breached agreements). Writing into it is deliberately expensive to discourage noise, reading is cheap, and verification is done by economically motivated verifiers chosen by algorithm rather than a central editorial board. On top of it runs a parallel, transparent tax system that grows by being slightly more advantageous than the old one. The framing is evolution, not revolution. The state is not defeated but gradually consumed and forced into cooperation through economic pressure. Where the great theories of civilizational decline look at the problem from the top down, Personix works from the bottom up and offers one possible answer to why civilizations fall — and what could come after. ## Core documents - [Teaser (Markdown)](https://personix.org/documents/teaser-en.md): One-page summary of why a successor to the state is being born, how the reputation network works as "social gravity", and how the parallel tax system pressures the state. - [Political pamphlet (Markdown)](https://personix.org/documents/pamphlet-en-ai-agents.md): Full long-form pamphlet with diagrams.
